I am anaphylaxis to Casein A1. I haven't been able to eat cow dairy for some time now. Your A2 cheddar has opened back up the culinary world to me Again! I ordered 5 pounds and it freezes well, slices and grates perfectly when thawed. It taste like heaven to me. You have me as a customer forever! Thank you. I have been advising you slowly to the food sensitivity Facebook groups to those who are in tolerant or allergic to Casein A1. I didn't want to advertise to quickly as I am not sure of your stock levels, I can't thank you enough!

I was diagnosed with an allergy to the B casein in cheese and went without anything that resembled cheese because it was all made from plants. I discovered Nordic Creamery, ordered their Cheddar, loved it and have continued to order it for over a year now. I can again enjoy cheese and crackers, cheese and salami, grilled cheese sandwiches. Their cheese is absolutely the best and worth every cent you pay for it.

So grateful you make products from A2 cows. Please make more....ice cream, sour cream, cream cheese, shredded, grated ---- all of it!!!!

My daughter can’t have regular cheese due to the A1 protein in it and was really missing the flavor of real cheese. So grateful we found your A2/A2 cheese as she can enjoy pizza and mac-n-cheese again! A unique product that is needed in the market! Thanks!

Highly recommend for people who have issues with A1 beta-casein! My spouse can’t have other cheese due to an A1 allergy and had no problems with this cheese. We will absolutely buy again and would be very interested in more A2 options.
