I lived in France a long time so I have had plenty of good cheese in my life - like hundreds of different types.

This is the tastiest and most unusual USA cheese I have ever had. I bought it from one of the cheese tourist places off the I-90 highway in Wisconsin.

It is delicious just plain eating it , but it also blends well in sauces and in multi-chees mac and cheese.

It is fairly firm, and it faintly reminds me a little of very good Jarlsberg but even better--it is unique.

Fabulous, and far better price than the roadside cheese huts, buy directly from this farm and save yourself some $$$.

I've always enjoyed goat milk and when I first tried goat cheese it was in Kenosha Wisconsin and it had a weird robust flavor, didn't care for it. I bought a small block of the Grumpy Goat thinking id give it a try and it was awesome! Very flavorful and firm but it's a creamy firm hard to find that and I just eat it plain a lot!! Best goat cheese out there

If you prefer a sharper tasting cheese this is the best one if you can only tolerate goats milk dairy like our family. This cheese is thick and firm enough to slice, dice and shred and melts lovely too for pizza or cheese dips like queso. We'd love an even sharper goats milk cheese in the future too.

I have always enjoyed goat cheeses. This one is delightful! Firm and sharp, the aging gives it a nice bite. Great as a stand alone, or in many Dishes. I grated on top of chicken and served with a light flavored sauce. Delicious!!! Threw some in an omelette this morning with olives.
