Recipe: Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Ok this is not a full recipe, but it will change the way you look at scalloped potatoes. This Easter we added about a rounded cup of shredded Nordic Creamery’s Smoked Cheddar to our scalloped potatoes sauce (recipe made a 9x13 pan) before pouring them over the potatoes. The smoked flavor is subtle, but delicious and gives a great twist on an old favorite. Trust me there won’t be very many left! Tim - La Crosse
