Handcrafted in small batches utilizing milk only from the Driftless Region in Wisconsin. Strictly from farms milking no more than 60 cows.

Game changer for A1 issues

Highly recommend for people who have issues with A1 beta-casein! My spouse can’t have other cheese due to an A1 allergy and had no problems with this cheese. We will absolutely buy again and would be very interested in more A2 options.
