Aged Cheese - Cheddar

Instant crowd pleaser! The rich and distinct flavor pairs well for an appetizer with sausage, crackers, and fruit. Also used to make a beer cheese sauce and a beer cheese soup. The flavor of this cheddar was notable and received many compliments that it wread moreas the best beer cheese soup people had tasted. It is rich and creamy which worked well for a soup and I paired it with Spotted Cow, resulting in a perfect flavor blend. Ordering more right now :-)
