Blazing Billy Jalapeno Cheese

Due to medical reasons, I can no longer eat cow's milk cheese but can eat goat and sheep cheese. I am very sensitive to the gamey flavor some goat cheese has and this one does have a mild gamey flavor. I love spicy food and hoped this would have a strong read morejalapeno bite but it is quite mild in spice, so would be good if you don't like spicy food and don't mind a slight gamey flavor.

We got this cheese as a sample for the grocery store I work in. We have a similar product already, but found this one to have a similar taste but better texture. This is a good find, and no strong goat milk taste. The peppers have just enough kick withoutread more overpowering. Would recommend to anyone looking for a tasty goat cheese. Would make a great grilled cheese option!
